Based in Brussels, I work as a solution architect and freelance consultant on software design, development, and technology governance engagements. My approach is grounded in open source projects that I lead myself, end to end — from concept through to production.

My two flagship projects — KoproGo and Foyer — embody this approach: systems designed to be lean, measurable, and governed with full transparency, with humans always keeping the final say.

Green SaaS

Co-ownership & shared housing management platform

A community platform for shared housing, designed to be flexible: standalone community modules (service exchange, item sharing, tool lending), full co-ownership management, or simply supporting the project's values — open source, ecological and community-driven. Governed as a Belgian non-profit (ASBL), with democratic decision-making and a solidarity fund for members in difficulty.

AI Governance

Governance framework for AI agent systems

A generic framework for arbitrating hybrid technology choices (cloud/on-premise, proprietary/open source, sovereign AI or third-party APIs) under human responsibility. It is built around a single cycle — Design, Build, Result, Evaluation, Improvement — where an external tool objectively measures outcomes while humans retain responsibility for decisions.

Structured around three pillars — the agent's identity and values, objective measurement tools, and cycle governance through personas — with a compliance mapping to ISO, the EU AI Act and NIS2.
